Shipping

Lissa Hill Leather ships worldwide from Canada via Canada Post. All pricing shown in CAD. All shipping options include full insurance, tracking number, and may require a signature upon delivery.

Due to the custom nature of Lissa Hill Leather, some products may take up to two weeks to ship; we will contact you if your order will be more than a couple days before shipping.

Please contact me for time frames–or any other questions you may have–prior to making an order.

U.S. Shipping

Shipments to the United States now require duties prepaid by the sender (Lissa Hill) before shipments can cross the border. Applicable duties for U.S.-bound orders will appear in the checkout as a line item.

International Shipping

Lissa Hill Leather shipping prices do not include any applicable customs, duties, taxes or brokerage fees. You may need to pay these fees to the delivery company after your package is processed by customs.

Returns

Custom garments are created for your body and based on your measurements. Customizable products are made to order. Because of this there is no refund on custom garments or customizable products. I stand behind my products 100% in quality and fit, ensuring that you have lifetime leather.
