Custom Leather Pants for Men & Women

Leather Pants that fit like your favorite jeans by Lissa Hill. Our custom leather pants are available in riding or fashion leather, and are all lined in jersey knit that breathes and gives with the leather. Choose from basic fly fronts, laced front, button fly. Choose your own pocket style. I will work with you to choose the leather, colour and design for your perfect pants for comfort and your body type.

Lissa Hill Custom Leathers are completely custom made to your measurements and requirements. To get started, place your downpayment order here, which is half the base price. Custom Leathers Process

Truly custom made, Lissa Hill Custom Motorcycle Leathers are made for you based on your measurements and requirements and fit to your body. You choose your leather and work with Lissa directly to create a one-of-a-kind garment that will enhance you and your ride!

Custom garments are typically fitted in person at our Beamsville, Ontario studio, however, if you are from out of town or country, or just not able to visit our studio, this is not a problem! See the steps below for complete details.

1. Initial Consultation

Your Initial Consultation covers:

  • Leather Choice – from grade to colour. I will show you samples of the best skins and grade for your needs.
  • Design – that is ideal for your body type, style of riding and personal taste.
  • Measurements – are taken and details refined.

Remote consultation:

If you are not able to come to the studio, this can be done via video chat. I will provide you with the measurements needed and may ask that you have your measurements taken by a professional tailor or seamstress.

2. First Fitting

Your first fitting is in a muslin (unbleached cotton) and is the basic shape of your custom garment. Details are refined such as pocket positions, collar sizing, elbow padding position, waistband positioning and depth.

Remote First Fitting:

Your muslin will be sent to you and I will guide you through the process via video chat. After you will send the muslin back.

3. Second Fitting

Your second fitting is in your leather and will be fit in even more detail. Your garment is really taking shape! Half of your remaining balance is due at this fitting.

Remote Second Fitting:

Your leather will be sent to you and I will guide you through the process via video chat. Afterwards you will send the leather back.

4. Final Fitting & Pick Up

This is your final fitting for your custom leather jacket, and pick up for pants and chaps. Final payment is due on delivery.

Remote Shipping:

Your custom leather will be shipped.
